Technology has progressed drastically over the years and we are now at a stage where we can communicate in a number of ways.

Previously creating brand awareness or any type of buzz about what you had to offer required a considerable marketing budget. YouTube and the progression of broadband speeds have now made it possible to utilise web videos.

Case study

Hockey Promo

DS Creations were contacted by the management team for a young promising hockey player with the task of raising the profile of the player.

Once requirements and scope was determined, DS Creations put forward some proposal. Once commissioned a script was drafted and approved and the project was finished within the agreed timeframe.

The final video created was aired on Satellite TV, as well as a dedicated YouTube channel. In addition to this, the video was delivered on DVD to the management team to help with sponsorship.

The shoot involved an initial interview with the athlete at the DS Creations studio and three follow up on onsite shoots to capture the hockey player:

Playing for England
Carrying out community work at a basketball tournament
Participating in a midweek evening training session

The Management team provided some newspaper articles and additional video footage, which was incorporated into the final piece. Sunny Photography http://www.SunnyPhotography.co.uk were able to provide additional photographic stills which were also used.

Millstock Stainless testimonial video for Fiverivers

Fiverivers specialise in a variety of online services including Web & Software design and IT Support. DS Creations were contracted to film video testimonials with a Fiverivers client to help promote different aspects of their business.

Following an initial consultation to establish the video requirements, DS Creations visited the client site to film the testimonial.

The final video created was delivered on DVD and as a web format video ready for YouTube and other online video websites.

Card Bored Box promo

Card Bored Box specialise in a variety of Pinatas. DS Creations were contracted to film a series of online video promos to showcase different products.

Following an initial consultation to establish the video requirements, DS Creations visited the Card Bored Box site for two main onsite shoots. The first shoot filmed the owner and founder talking to camera about the business and the various products offered. The second shoot involved filming the product being used by customers.

The The final video created was delivered on DVD and as a web format video ready for YouTube and other online video websites.
